Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 5 working hours from the time it was placed. After this period or once the order has been confirmed, cancellations will not be accepted, as our products are handcrafted and made to order. Once production begins, orders cannot be reversed.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or puffed bottle, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery for us to address the issue. Claims made after 24 hours from delivery will not be entertained.
Incorrect Products
If you receive the wrong product or flavor, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. After this time frame, we cannot process requests for replacement.
Opened Products
We do not accept returns for any opened bottles. All products must be returned in their original, unopened condition.
Refund Process
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method, after deducting any applicable transaction charges. Refunds are only available for eligible cases, such as incorrect or damaged products.

In case of any typographical errors or incorrect pricing on our website, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders, even if the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has been charged for such a transaction, a refund will be issued after deducting transaction fees.
